RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Persona Parfums, we want you to feel confident before opening your full-size fragrance. Each perfume box includes a 2ml sample vial, allowing you to try the fragrance before committing to the full-size bottle. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made through our website.
1. 14-Day Change-of-Mind Return Policy
Persona Parfums offers a 14-day change-of-mind return policy. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The full-size perfume box must remain unopened, unused, and sealed
- The full-size perfume bottle must not be opened, sprayed, used, damaged, misused, or tampered with
- The original seal must not be broken
- The included 2ml sample vial may be used to test the fragrance
- All original packaging, inserts, and included items must be returned
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns if the full-size perfume box has been opened, used, damaged, tampered with, or the seal has been broken.
2. Try the Sample First
Please test the included 2ml sample vial before opening your full-size perfume. If the fragrance is not right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the full-size bottle remains completely unopened and in its original condition.
3. Return Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition. Items must not be opened, used, sprayed, misused, damaged, tampered with, or missing original packaging. If a product does not meet these conditions upon inspection, the return request may be rejected.
4. How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at info@personaparfum.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for return
- Photos showing the product is unopened, sealed, and undamaged
Once reviewed, we will provide the next steps. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please email us at info@personaparfum.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product, packaging, and any damage or fault
We will review and provide the next steps promptly.
8. Items That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Opened perfume boxes
- Used or sprayed full-size bottles
- Products with broken seals
- Products that have been misused, damaged, or tampered with
- Items missing original packaging or included items
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items, unless required by law
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, we will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law — this may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy depending on the circumstances.
